1. Eligibility for Returns
- Standard Products: You may return unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom Builds (Gaming PCs / Workstations): Due to the bespoke nature of these products, returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Software licenses or downloadable products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- All original accessories, documentation, and labels must be included
- A return request must be submitted to [email protected] with the order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirming receipt and whether the refund is approved
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or not working properly:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the damage or defect
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the case
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
