- Standard Products: Orders for ready-to-ship products can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
- Custom PCs and Workstations: Orders involving customization (such as gaming PCs or tailored workstations) cannot be cancelled once the build process has started.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation:

- Include your Order Number, Full Name, and reason for cancellation
- Our team will confirm the status of your order and inform you if cancellation is still possible
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the order is successfully cancelled within the allowed window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Orders that have already been shipped
- Orders for custom-built systems once the build process has begun
- Orders with special or limited-time discounts that have already been processed
5. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of a shipped order without prior authorization, return shipping and restocking fees may be deducted from your refund.
